As an endorsement talent agent at ICM Partners for nearly a decade, Mo specializes in entertainment industry endorsement brand deals with actors, musicians, and influencers. Left ICM in 2019 to start AMIBA Consulting and has since structured eight celebrity & brand equity partnership deals in addition to many traditional commercial deals. Marketing and PR professional for companies such as Bvlgari, COTY and Tribeca Film for a cumulative nine years. Danielle specializes in the digital space, specifically social media talent management and brand deals for actors, musicians, models and influencers. B.A. from Hofstra University.
Josh Posner
VP, Head of Music & Brand Development
Josh has over a decade of experience navigating the intersection of talent, entertainment, and technology. His career began at agencies like Scout and Havas Sports & Entertainment, where he crafted entertainment strategies and managed talent partnerships for clients including Burger King, Coca-Cola, and FanDuel. Moving into the tech startup sector, Josh worked with high-profile brands and artists such as Balmain, Rolling Loud, Katy Perry, and DJ Khaled, and was pivotal in securing over $10M in equity investments for startups. He also orchestrated over 100 live global events with artists like Alesso, Diplo, and Big Sean. B.A. from University of Michigan.
